Player Notes Pros

  • Build & mobility to drool over, he’s thickly built throughout his frame with ideal length

  • Springy bounce in his steps in every direction & extremely loose throughout his frame

  • Been tasked with a host of responsibilities both in space & at the line of scrimmage

  • First step & closing burst are exceptional, explosive out of both a 2 & 3 point stance

  • Lethal at shooting gaps, immense upside on man (situationally) & zone coverage

  • Coverage drops are fluid and he trusts his technique to reach landmarks

  • Holds his own against O-linemen in the trenches, setting firm edges & squeezing gaps

  • Long arms & heavy hands, comfortable in space & he plays with unrelenting urgency

  • Pass rush variety showcased speed rush, bull rush, stabs, counters & spins to get home

  • Athletic profile is a tough assignment for O-linemen, he can run circles around them

  • Teams will like overall athleticism & versatility as a 3-4 strong side OLB or a 4-3 DE

  • Explosiveness is elite, reps where he's pressing the edge he'll command double teams

  • Hands setting the edge against the run are excellent, surreal body control

  • Very loose through hips & lower half to plant or drive with quickness & momentum

  • Peels back into the pocket if the QB flushes and has found second effort production

Player Notes Cons

  • ACL tear in 2018 cost him all but the opener., has room for growth as a pass rusher

  • Timing & deployment of moves is still developing, could use to fill out his frame

  • Inexperience & lack of production is troubling only 24 collegiate games played
